The concept of The Setai began with two fundamental ideals: a vision of unprecedented luxury and service; and one of the most prized pieces of oceanfront property in South Beach.

Unlimited usage of all Setai Club properties [subject to the Club's reservation system]. All properties within The Setai Club are fully furnished and maintained. Setai Club membership can be sold, transferred or gifted, just like regular real estate. Future locations include Marrakech, Jackson Hole, Bali, the Philippines, French Polynesia and others. Members pay an initial fee, as well as annual dues to cover maintenance and upkeep. Personal services such as dining and spa treatments will be billed directly to the owner.

THE SETAI - The Champagne, Crustacean and Caviar Bar
The Setai's Champagne, Crustacean and Caviar Bar features unique offerings of Prestige Cuvee Champagnes, crustacean, caviar and Imperial foods of the west. Floor-to-ceiling wine cabinets showcase an extensive selection of champagnes, white and red wines. It serves as a perfect preamble to dinner in the restaurant or an ideal setting for small bites and post-prandial libations.
